The aim of ACCENT/GLOREAM is to investigate the processes and phenomena which determine the chemical composition of the troposphere by means of advanced and integrated modelling, both on regional (over Europe) and global scale. The workshop takes place in the framework of ACCENT (Atmospheric Composition Change - The European Network of Excellence). The general aim of the workshop, a follow-up of the EUROTRAC-GLOREAM/EURASAP workshops, is to present and discuss results concerning recent developments in tropospheric chemical transport modelling.
The scientific committee is formed by Renske TIMMERMANS (TNO), Adolf EBEL (EURAD), and José María BALDASANO (BSC-CNS).
Local organizers are Maria Teresa PAY (BSC-CNS), Santiago GASSÓ (BSC-CNS, UPC) and Sara IBAÑEZ (BSC-CNS).
The workshop will be held at the School of Industrial Engineering of Barcelona (ETSEIB) from the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC).
